what is your return policy?
- all sales are final, if there is an issue with your product contact me and we will take care of it :-)

how long will it take to receive my order?
- allow 7 days for your order to be processed, and 2-10 days for delivery depending on the efficiency of our post offices! please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery of pre-order items!
